Your experiences

We're currently looking for graduates, interns, and co-ops across a variety of disciplines in manufacturing engineering, engineering, and supply chain, with internships seen as a direct route into our graduate development programs.

These learning-orientated programs focus on giving you real-world experiences and the chance to work on live projects across many business functions. You’ll have the chance to work with different teams, explore where your own skills and interests lie and consider where you could focus in the future - either as a business leader or a technical specialist. Wherever you are, you'll be working in a collaborative and digitally-enabled environment with the most advanced technology, alongside industry leaders and experts.

Will you support my formal academic and professional development?

We’re committed to continuous learning to help you grow, which could mean supporting you in obtaining a relevant professional qualification or accreditation, depending on your role or specialization.

Does Rolls-Royce offer tuition reimbursement?

We’re committed to continuous learning to help you grow, which may take the form of investing in further education through our tuition reimbursement program depending on meeting the eligibility requirements.

Can I change or push out my start date if offered a role?

It depends on your reason, and our business needs. If you’ve been offered a role and want to change your start date, please talk to your recruiter.

What GPA do I need to apply for graduate, intern, or co-op roles?

Please check in the program details for the program you’re interested in.

Can I apply for more than one program?

You can apply for more than one graduate program or full-time position. You can also apply to both the co-op program and an internship program, but you can’t apply for multiple internship programs. Only one intern application can be made.

Will I get feedback on how I performed in interviews?

If you would like to request feedback following your final interview or assessment center interviews, we’ll be happy to provide this.

What’s the closing date for applications?

We post openings as soon as they are available so closing dates will vary and you’ll be able to find this information on the job posting. They typically close at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Keep checking Search & Apply to stay current on what postings are available and when they will close.


 
If I’m successful in being offered a role, can I choose where I’m based, work from home or work flexibly?

Site location has been determined for the role at time of offer. Some roles require a different physical presence than others due to the nature of work. We’ll support flexible working requests wherever possible.

For those on the graduate development program, you’ll need to be mobile for the duration of your program depending on the business need and where that need is physically located. Flexible working requests will also be supported wherever possible.

I have difficulties with the application, assessment or interview process and need further support or adjustments. What do I do?

It’s important that you talk to us and we’ll help you in the best way we can. We'll always make the adjustments needed to help you be your best, based on both medical and personal needs.

I have limitations in the days and times I can be available; how you contact me or how I contact you. What do I do?

If you have any reason at all where particular requirements we’ve stated cause you difficulty - be it medical, religious, caring responsibilities, social or financial – please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] If you struggle to write or use email, please ask someone you trust to do this on your behalf, telling us what you need and the best way for us to contact you.

I’ve been invited to a virtual assessment or interview and I find this difficult due to a medical condition. What do I do?

Please talk to us and let us know. We’ll do everything we can to help and make adjustments as needed.

I’m not a U.S. Citizen or Permanent resident (Green Card holder) – will you provide visa sponsorship?

You’ll need to be a U.S. Citizen/ Permanent Resident, Asylee, Refugee or have indefinite work authorization. We can’t accept temporary visas, including temporary student visas. We don’t provide sponsorship for any of our early career positions.

Do you provide any relocation assistance?

All levels of hires (full time, interns, and co-ops) are provided a relocation package with a competitive total reward package.
