Enterprise Skills Accelerator

This is an intensive development programme like no other – created by a business like no other.

It is designed to give people early on in their careers all the attributes that we know future business leaders require, including an agile mindset, commercial acumen, enhanced influencing skills and an advanced professional network. All delivered at an accelerated rate to power your career trajectory.

In just 12 months the programme will provide you with a tailored development plan which will include strategic projects offering exposure to different teams all across the Rolls-Royce enterprise.

But it’s an opportunity you will need to take and maximise.

We’ll set up the tools and experiences – you will make the most of them.

This focus on being self-driven is vital to the future of our business and so is a key factor in this programme – not least in the need to balance your day job with self-directed study for a postgraduate qualification.
