“I love working for Rolls-Royce.

It’s an amazing place to be and as a result I am passionate about making a meaningful difference.

I first joined Rolls-Royce 8 years ago through an 8 week summer and then 12 month internship, before returning as a direct entry graduate. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work across a wide range of teams and support multiple parts of the enterprise - from Central functions to Civil, Defence, Power Systems and Engineering, Technology & Safety.

In my current role as a People Partner, I’m proud to deliver our People strategy. Every challenge we face as an organisation has a People impact and I really enjoy working with the business to understand those challenges and shape solutions that move us forward.

A core part of my work is ensuring we have talented individuals in the most critical roles – enabling the delivery of key business outcomes while supporting individuals in their personal development."
