"I began my journey with Rolls-Royce 24 years ago as a Graduate Engineer.
Today, I am Senior Vice President of Customer Middle East & Africa and accountable for all aspects of the interactions we have with our customers, including our financial delivery in the region.
When I first applied to join Rolls-Royce as a Graduate Engineer, I had options with other graduate schemes but from my first interview assessment I felt at home here.
During my time, I've been privileged to hold a range of incredibly diverse positions, from supporting the shop floor as manufacturing engineer, programming robots, setting up our on-wing care centre in the Middle East, supporting our oil and gas division and leading our business development strategy in the UAE.
