Head of IT Internal Audit

"In my role, I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel globally, conducting audits in areas such as cyber security and IT operations, and collaboratively working with colleagues to help protect and improve our IT control environments.

As Head of Internal IT Audit, I am accountable for leading a team delivering the Group's third-line Digital & IT assurance offerings.

We provide independent technical assurance over the design, implementation, and effective operation of controls that mitigate the most critical IT risks faced by the organisation.

Prior to this, I worked in several information technology risk assurance and advisory roles, where I led assurance teams and conducted engagements across the globe. I also worked on ad-hoc advisory engagements helping businesses implement new control environments and process improvement workstreams.

We want to understand your skills and experience, but also what attracts you to our organisation because our values and behaviours underpin everything we do at Rolls-Royce."
