Meet Gauri

Engineering & Technology Graduate

"If you’re thinking of joining, I'd say go for it!

I am currently working as an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Graduate Trainee at Rolls-Royce Deutschland. My role involves rotating across various departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and gain a broader perspective on how Rolls-Royce maintains its position as a global industry leader.

One of the highlights of my time here has been the incredibly welcoming and supportive environment. From the very beginning, colleagues went out of their way to make me feel included, whether by offering site tours or simply creating a friendly atmosphere that made me feel at home.

My advice, be open to learning and make the most of every opportunity.

Rolls-Royce is a place where you'll not only grow professionally but also feel supported by the people around you."
