"My advice for anyone applying for a position in Rolls-Royce is to be curious and open to opportunity.
I joined Rolls-Royce two years ago to support the Defence team and our Rolls-Royce Submarines business.
My role also enables me to work with colleagues in our SMR, Civil and Power Systems businesses which gives me great exposure to different industries, products, and programmes and at all stages of life; from brand new technology to in-service engines.
Today, I lead a team of subject matter experts in my Sanctions & Export Control field - it is a great team to work with and I am learning from them every day!
And personally, I love to travel and explore new cultures so I have loved the opportunities to visit to international Rolls-Royce locations. Particularly when we spotted a kangaroo outside a government building!
