Summer Internships

Length: 12 weeks.

Applications usually open in late Summer/early Fall. The Summer Internship experience is a 12-week development program. You’ll be immersed in professional development, projects that make an impact and learn from Rolls-Royce stakeholders.

Co-ops

Length: 2 rotations (Fall: 6-month rotation. Summer: 12-14 week rotation).

Applications usually open in late January/early February.

Co-ops will start a 6-month rotation from June until December and return the following summer for a 12-week rotation.

Graduate Program

Length: 24-months completing 6 rotations.

Applications usually open in late Summer/early Fall. This is a full-time, 2-year talent development program for new college graduates. You’ll have a combination of learning, on the job training, and practical skill development.

Graduate Directs

Length: Permanent.

Applications usually open in late Summer/early Fall. A Graduate direct role is a permanent full-time entry level role for recent graduates with a Bachelors, Masters Degree, or PhD..
