Helping everyone to be their best

Everyone at Rolls-Royce makes us who we are, so we want everyone to be themselves and be their best. Our inclusion networks help us achieve this.

Our inclusion networks are an important part of how we are building an inclusive culture and team around the world.

The networks are groups of people organised primarily around a special characteristic or life experience. All groups are open and welcoming to every employee whether or not they share the defining characteristic.

Run by our people, for our people, our networks help employees to be at their best. They do this through direct support, personal and professional development, and events.

Our groups around the world include:

  • African and Caribbean Professional Network (ACPN), a network for our employees from African and Caribbean cultures.
  • APIA: an inclusive Asian and Pacific Islanders network
  • BEN (Black Employees Network): an inclusive community that empowers black employees
  • EAST: a network and community for everyone to embrace and share the diversity and culture of Asia
  • EPN: Early professional network which focuses on personal development, professional development and community development.
  • GenMLC (Generation Mid-Late Career): enabling employees in mid-late career to build connections with peers and leaders.
  • Multi-Faith Network (MFN), a network for people of different faiths and beliefs.
  • OPEN (UK) and ABILITIES (U.S.): networks for employees affected by disabilities or underlying health conditions.
  • Prism (UK) and Propel with Pride (U.S.): networks for our LGBT+ employees and their allies.
  • Rolls-Royce Armed Forces Network (UK): Rolls-Royce has received the MOD’s Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award representing the highest badge of honour available to those that employ and support service men and women, reservists, cadet adult volunteers, veterans, and their families.
  • RRVC (Rolls-Royce Veteran Connection) (U.S.) Supporting the military community employed at Rolls-Royce, both active guard and reservist.
  • RRWNA (Rolls-Royce Women North America) – helping individuals fulfil their potential through connecting, learning and sharing with others.
  • SOMOS: an inclusive Hispanic and Latino network that works together with others to foster personal and professional success.
  • UK Gender Diversity Network (UK GDN), a network for men and women which aims to develop a gender agnostic culture.

In addition to these networks, we also have groups such as working parents’ support groups and local interest groups.
