It has come to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies, falsely and illegally impersonating employees of Rolls-Royce India Private Limited, are enticing and misleading job aspirants with employment offers for a fee. These fraudulent individuals/agencies use our trademarks illegally and demand money by way of fees/charges from aspiring candidates for securing employment with us.
1. We would like to bring to your notice that Rolls-Royce and its group companies follow a merit-based employee recruitment practice with extensive screening steps including background checks of the candidates.
2. Rolls-Royce does not charge/accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the recruitment process nor has it authorized anyone to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at Rolls-Royce. Anyone making an employment offer in return for money or other type of wrongful gain is not authorized by Rolls-Royce India Private Limited and is not offering an approved job by the company.
3. Rolls-Royce does not send job offers from free email services like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc.
4. Sometimes recruitment process is done through professional recruiting agencies. In such cases, offers are always made directly by Rolls-Royce and not by any third parties.
5. Any person seeking employment with Rolls-Royce needs to be cautious and not trust any agency or individual, claiming to be our representative, and charging fees for providing/securing employment with us.
6. We wish to advise everyone seeking employment with Rolls-Royce to kindly note the following:
- Do not respond to any unsolicited job offers from individuals/agencies claiming to be our employees or authorized agents, and demanding a fee/charge for job application. Please note that any communication demanding money that appears to originate from Rolls-Royce is false and fraudulent.
- Do not make any payment to any individual/agency for securing employment with us. We do not charge anything from the person seeking employment with us.
- Do not disclose any personal and confidential information, including bank account details, without proper verification and checking the authenticity.
- Beware of fake email IDs or communications issued on fake letter heads.
- In case of the slightest suspicion about the source and credentials of any individual/agency claiming to be our representative, you may login to the Career section on the Rolls-Royce career website to verify the job offer or the application.
- If you believe you have been a victim of a recruitment fraud, you are requested to approach the law enforcement agencies directly.
- Rolls-Royce shall not be liable to anyone acting on an employment offer not directly made by Rolls-Royce, and for any loss arising to anyone who acted on such false and fraudulent employment offers.
- Rolls-Royce India Private Limited reserves the right to take legal action, including criminal action, against such fraudulent individuals/entities.
