Our programmes

Join our re-imagined graduate development programme and you'll have a crucial role to play in shaping the future of a truly iconic business. Based in either Civil Aerospace, Innovation Hub or Rolls-Royce Electrical, our learning-focused programme focuses on giving you real-world experiences and the chance to work on live projects.

We run three programmes in Germany: Internships, Working Student Programmes and Final Year Projects

We offer students in the final year of an engineering or business studies degree in Germany the opportunity to make the most of our expertise and experience by carrying out their thesis with us.
