Our Engineering & Technology Programme

Join us on our Engineering and Technology programme, and you’ll develop your own understanding of the opportunities within our business before you specialise in an area of expertise. It’s all about growth and how we can help you find the right fit, do the right thing and make a difference.

On our graduate programmes, you’ll complete rotational ‘gigs’, gathering experiences across Rolls-Royce. Learning, sharing, exploring and growing, you’ll get the chance to work on live projects across our engineering, digital and business functions, as well as build your professional network, and gain a wide variety of skills.
