Find the apprenticeship programme that’s right for you

If you’ve completed, or are in the process of completing, your GCSEs or National 5s, our Level 3 engineering apprenticeships can help you develop skills in areas such as fitting, welding and maintenance. If you’ve completed, or are in the process of completing, your A-levels, Highers, or equivalent, our Degree or Higher Apprenticeships are the next step towards a brilliant career in Engineering or Business.


Higher & Degree Apprenticeships

Post A-level (or equivalent)

Gain advanced engineering, manufacturing, scientific, digital, or business skills across our businesses or central functions.

Level 3 Apprenticeships

Post GCSE (or equivalent)

Gain hands on experience producing, building, making, maintaining, or testing Rolls-Royce products, machinery, and facilities across our business.

Duration: 4 Years

Discover your potential, learning practical engineering skills that support our world-leading products. On our Level 3 Apprenticeships, you’ll be involved in complex work in one of these technical roles.

How will my salary progress on my apprenticeship?

You’ll join on a competitive starting salary for your first year, and this will increase annually as you grow in skills and knowledge. The information below shows you current salary progression for our programmes, correct at October 2025, until you complete your apprenticeship. Your salary progression from here will depend on the role that you go into.
