Inclusion

Inclusion

Our employee resource groups are an important part of how we are building an inclusive culture and team around the world. All groups are open and welcoming to every employee whether or not they share the defining characteristic or life experiences. They include

  • African and Caribbean Professional Network (ACPN), a network for our employees from African and Caribbean cultures.
  • EAST, a network and community for everyone to embrace and share the diversity and culture of Asia.
  • Multi-Faith Network (MFN), a network for people of different faiths and beliefs.
  • OPEN, a network for employees affected by disabilities or underlying health conditions.
  • Prism, a network for our LGBT+ employees and their allies.
  • Rolls-Royce Armed Forces Network. Rolls-Royce has received the MOD’s Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award representing the highest badge of honour available to those that employ and support service men and women, reservists, cadet adult volunteers, veterans, and their families.
  • UK Gender Diversity Network (UK GDN), a network for men and women which aims to develop a gender agnostic culture.
Community & STEM

Community & STEM

Wherever we are in the world, we’re part of the community. Our people are engaged in STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) and we sponsor a range of STEM initiatives including Female Undergraduate of the Year and our social inclusion Undergraduate of the Year award - Excellence through Adversity.

We’re also actively involved in other community areas, including the environment, arts, culture and heritage activity and social investment. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to get involved if you’d like to support others on their own journey.
