You could be involved in sales opportunities and contract negotiations. Or you could find yourself helping purchase the parts for a highly efficient jet engine, a building or IT system. Whatever your destination, you'll focus on building strong connections with our partners, suppliers, and customers.

Throughout, you’ll have the flexibility to curate your own experience and develop your understanding of the opportunities within our business before you choose an area of expertise in which to specialise.

You'll be aligned to one of our business areas Defence, Group IT, Group Business Services or Rolls-Royce Power Solutions UK. We want to inspire you and give you as many options as possible at this early stage of your career. It’s all about growth, and how you we can help you find the best fit.

During your programme, you’ll gain invaluable insight into the scope and variety of the work we do. And, with a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training and development, you’ll see your ideas come to life with help and guidance from industry experts. At the end of the programme, you will move into a 24-month substantive role or have the opportunity to find a role in the business. We’ll continue to give you the support and leadership learning that will set you up for future success.

You’ll be supported by your very own mentor, whose job it is to help you realise your full potential – not just on the programme, but beyond.
