Supply Chain Management Degree Apprenticeship

As a Supply Chain Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll be working at the heart of a truly complex global supply chain.

Our programme offers bold, curious and ambitious individuals the chance to get real work experience and earn a salary, while studying for a degree in Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership. You’ll experience the full breadth of our global supply chain as you take on placements in different areas of our business.

What you'll need

If you’re in England:

Five GCSEs at grade 4/C which must include Maths and English Language.
112 UCAS points (obtained or predicted) from either:
- Three A-levels (at least 64 UCAS points from two subjects). Excludes General Studies.
- A Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in any subject.

If you’re in Scotland:

Five National 5s or equivalent at grade C or above, which must include English.
Four Highers at grade B or above, which must include English.

What you’ll do

You’ll spend four years with our expert team, gaining the sort of practical knowledge you simply can’t develop in the classroom. You’ll experience the full breadth of our global supply chain as you take on placements in different areas of our business.

You’ll get broad experience as you carry out your placements, delving into the detail of how materials get from A to B, the packaging we use and even making improvements to this complex supply chain in a mix of day-to-day tasks and project work.

You’ll help us manage a supply chain that starts with raw materials being extracted from the ground and ends with high-specification materials being put into an engine. Which makes this programme an exceptional opportunity to build your career and make an impact on a world-class supply chain.

For example, you might tell us about a project you worked on in the past, or how you used your skills to identify a major problem. Whatever the case may be, we need to know you’re self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail.

YOUR MOTIVATION & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

As well as being interested in all things business, it’s important you understand how to solve problems. Tell us about a time when you put your skills to use to create a solution that worked. What new ways of thinking did you apply?

TEAM SKILLS

We’re also interested to know how well you work with others. It could be a group activity at school or college. It could be a sports team you play in or a voluntary, religious or community organisation you’re a part of. It could even be a problem you solved for a friend or family member.
