We’d like to know about

YOUR MOTIVATION

YOUR MOTIVATION

We’d like to see how enthusiastic you are about developing a career at the heart of a global business. We want to see evidence of how you deliver on detail-focused projects. For example, you might tell us about a project you worked on in the past, or how you used your skills to identify a major problem. Whatever the case may be, we need to know you’re self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail.

YOUR MOTIVATION & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

YOUR MOTIVATION & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

As well as being interested in all things business, it’s important you understand how to solve problems. Tell us about a time when you put your skills to use to create a solution that worked. What new ways of thinking did you apply?

TEAM SKILLS

TEAM SKILLS

We’re also interested to know how well you work with others. It could be a group activity at school or college. It could be a sports team you play in or a voluntary, religious or community organisation you’re a part of. It could even be a problem you solved for a friend or family member.
