Marketing and Digital Degree Apprenticeship

As a Marketing and Digital Degree Apprentice, you’ll help us look forward – identifying market trends and gaining a deep understanding of how they’ll grow over the next five, 10, and 20 years.

Over four years, you’ll experience a wide range of roles across the business. As well as working within our Marketing and Digital teams, learn and deliver relevant projects using leading products, platforms & processes from IT, Cyber, Digital Technology and Digital Operations. You’ll also gain valuable experience supporting our presence at conferences and industry events, where you could be meeting customers in person.

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll spend days studying at a local training provider towards a BA Honours degree in Business Management.

What you'll need

5 GCSEs at grade 4/C which must include Maths and English Language. 3 A-levels at grade C, excluding General Studies, or a Level 3 Extended BTEC at DDM (equating to minimum 96 UCAS points) ideally in business-related subjects.

What’s more, you’ll need to be:

  • someone with a curious nature and an aptitude for learning new things
  • committed to continuously developing your skills
  • enthusiastic and willing to expose yourself to a wide range of business experience
  • good with numbers and have a talent for managing and analysing data.

What you’ll do

Working within the Civil Aerospace Marketing and Digital teams, you’ll learn about market analysis, product marketing and the complexities of regional marketing. You’ll help create and execute marketing strategies as well as identify and respond to business opportunities as you develop your market analysis capabilities. You’ll also gain solid experience within our finance team to understand how income is derived and work with our account management teams to understand our clients and explore how we can effectively sell our products to them.

At every step, you’ll be supported by the managers and teams you’re working with, along with a dedicated mentor who’s there to help you thrive in each role and understand the path your career could take at Rolls-Royce.
