What you’ll do

Over four years, you’ll get to know our business. Through a series of mentored six-month placements, you’ll develop practical knowledge of cutting-edge digital tech, tools, and methodologies. Each one will give you an insight into the technology you’re working with, so by the end of your programme you’ll have a varied experience of digital platforms. It’s a chance to work at the forefront of the processes that help us understand and use data, all within a tailored development plan.

You’ll get to work in some of the most inspiring areas of Rolls-Royce. You’ll be supporting or leading a range of solutions throughout our business. You’re likely to explore digital operations, digital technology, cyber security, IT delivery and more. Not only will you have a mentor throughout but you’ll also have a coach to guide you on any technical challenges.

You’ll be an integral part of the team and, in time, you can expect to be running daily meetings and agile stand-ups. But this role isn’t all about the work. It’s how you develop along the way. Along with strong communication and presentation skills, you’ll learn methods that help you do your best work.
